At Simply Dwell we’re all about staging, we’re all about amazing customer service and we’re all about helping you sell your home quickly and for the highest price possible. We’re a product of over 30 moves in 7 different states, 4 years as home managers and a huge entrepreneurial spirit. We love to work with owners to quickly make their homes amazing and “model” ready to sell and we are passionate about providing top notch customer service for our home owners, home managers and realtors.
Meet The Owners
Simply Dwell was created by Sally as a way to help owners quickly prepare their homes for sale by offering no upfront cost staging services (with just a minimal charge at the close of escrow). After being a home manager for over 3 years, Sally’s eye for design and extensive experience moving and staging homes lead her to create Dwell Staging and Design.
Our Mission
Here Simply Dwell, our mission is to help you highlight the beauty and uniqueness of your home so that it will sell quickly and for the highest price possible. We offer a variety of staging packages from our Home Manager Program staging option that places a qualified home manager in your home to care for it while it is listed, to our Fee Plus Staging Program that allows for flexible staging to make your home look the best it can prior to listing it for sale.
